The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings set forth below:

Access to and use of the bpowin Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bpowin strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited Balance may be refunded at the Company's sole discretion following verification.
• Jurisdiction: The Platform primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. However, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bpowin complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your local jurisdiction. bpowin does not make any representation that its Services are legal in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims liability for any breach of local law by a User.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the bpowin Platform or on any other gambling platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a bpowin Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a player Account or place Wagers on the Platform.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identification number (KTP number), residential address, email address, and preferred local payment method details. You further agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally;
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other person;
• You are not using any automated system, bot, or script to create your Account;
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bpowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify bpowin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.

Account Suspension: bpowin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where bpowin reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

All financial transactions on the bpowin Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bpowin supports the following local payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within seconds to five minutes. bpowin does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bpowin accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by bpowin's finance team within an average of three minutes during standard operating hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated on the Platform. bpowin reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Currency: All transactions are processed in IDR. bpowin does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your bank or payment provider is entirely your responsibility and at your own cost.

Failed or Reversed Transactions: In the event of a failed deposit, bpowin will investigate and, where the funds have been received by the Company but not credited to your Account, will rectify the issue within 24 hours of a formal report submitted to [email protected]. Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes raised directly with a bank or payment provider — without first contacting bpowin — may be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

bpowin offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they or any associated Winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any Winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a User's Account simultaneously unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers, live casino bets, slot game spins, togel bets, and crash game rounds may each carry different contribution percentages, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-Wager limit applies as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagers exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the voiding of the Wager and cancellation of the bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: bpowin actively monitors for bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and other strategies designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine recreational intent. Any Account found to be engaged in such activities will have its bonuses cancelled, associated Winnings voided, and the Account may be permanently closed.
• Eligibility: bpowin reserves the right to restrict eligibility for specific promotions based on account history, deposit method, geographic location, or any other criterion determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

All games and betting markets available on bpowin are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each respective game or market interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules explicitly state otherwise.

Sports Betting: Odds for all sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and international competitions such as the FIFA World Cup and AFF Cup — are compiled by bpowin's trading desk and are subject to change up until the point at which a Wager is accepted. Mix parlay (accumulator) and Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets are subject to additional specific rules available on the Platform. Accepted bets will not be cancelled solely due to subsequent odds movements.

Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. bpowin is not liable for any interruption of live betting services caused by technical failure, data feed disruption, or any other circumstance outside the Company's reasonable control.

Void Bets: bpowin reserves the right to void any Wager where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or other manifest error in the compilation of odds or game outcomes. In such cases, the Wager stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

Togel and Specialty Games: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to official draw schedules published on the Platform. Results are final and binding once officially declared. Crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) operate on certified random number generator (RNG) algorithms; their results are provably fair and independently audited.

bpowin is committed to maintaining a secure platform that complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. By registering an Account, you consent to bpowin collecting and verifying your personal documentation as set out below.

Standard KYC Documents: Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by the Company — you may be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement showing your name and account number matching your deposit channel);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team.

Enhanced Due Diligence: For high-value accounts or transactions deemed to carry elevated risk, bpowin may request additional documentation, including but not limited to proof of source of funds or source of wealth. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in a freeze on withdrawal activity until compliance is satisfied.

Data Handling: All KYC documents submitted to bpowin are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bpowin Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts, or assisting another person to do so;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's software, systems, or underlying code;
• Interfering with the Platform's normal operation, including through denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or any other malicious technical activity;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, or allowing any third party to access or control your Account;
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without the express written consent of bpowin.

All content on the bpowin Platform — including but not limited to the bpowin name and logo, website design, interface graphics, text, software, data compilations, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bpowin or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without bpowin's prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by bpowin under valid commercial licence agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpowin and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, bpowin expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by game RNG algorithms, which are certified, independently audited, and outside bpowin's direct control;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to read or understand applicable game rules or bonus terms;
• Any tax liability incurred by a User in their jurisdiction of residence as a result of Winnings received through the Platform;
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party data feeds used in live sports betting markets.

bpowin's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bpowin will process the return of any real-money Balance remaining in your Account to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no active investigations are in progress.

bpowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate closure;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case bpowin may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee as specified on the Platform, or return the Balance and close the Account at its discretion.

Upon termination for breach, bpowin reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including all real-money funds, Bonus Funds, and Winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

bpowin is an internationally operated platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered and licensed, which governs the Company's international operations. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits bpowin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or to prevent irreparable harm.

Users resident in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local laws and regulations and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their compliance with any applicable Indonesian legal requirements. bpowin does not provide legal advice and recommends that Users seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their local obligations.

bpowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bpowin will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and submit an Account closure request as described in Section 11.
